Question
When I try to export users in the xMatters web UI I get a spinning dial or "busy" icon, and nothing seems to be happening. What's going on?

Answer
This sometimes occurs when there are a large number of users in the list, or there is a slow network connection. The export should be generated - it just might take a couple of minutes. If your export is taking too long, try filtering the Users list to break it down into smaller exports.
