In a voice message, we want certain large numbers (for example, an Incident ID or ticket number) to be read out. How can we achieve this?

In the form's Voice Interaction message template, you can tell the system to use a TTS engine to read or spell out the phrase one letter or number at a time.
- In the Messages section of the form, next to Voice Interaction click Edit.
- Click the drop-down menu next to the relevant property.
- Select Spell Out.
- Once you're happy, click Save Changes.
