Group Performance report details

What is the timeframe used when generating the Group/User Performance Reports?  There is no date range listed in the result.  The count column just says "Recent Alerts".  What does that mean?  What  timeframe is "Recent"? 

I found the documentation and it refers to "Number of alerts in the selected time period targeting this recipient."  How do I set that time period?

  • Hi Beth!

    You can set a date range for the performance reports by clicking the Search icon (the magnifying glass) at the top of the report and then selecting an option from the "All Dates" drop-down list to the right of the search field. 

    I'll get a description of this added to the appropriate places in the docs.
