Following the issue experienced with accessing xMatters yesterday, 16-Nov (service outage), do we have any options available to take an offline copy (spreadsheet etc) of all or a selection of team rotas and contact details?
Interested in the options available to assess what works best for my team, apologies in advance I'm new to the world of xMatters setup & admin.

Yeah, you can setup a script to grab that info using the xMatters API: https://help.xmatters.com/xmapi/
For example, you could use the on-call and people end points to get the list of people on-call you need, and their devices.
