Hi,
I am very new to xmatters and it is the first time I am working with it. My case is that I want to integrate xmatter to Splunk through web hook, such that whenever any log with exception or error word appears in Splunk logs. The xammter should initiate a phone call on the given phone number. So can anyone share any blog or documentation that how phone calling from xmatter is done and how phone calling through xmatter is integrated with Splunk ?

There are three different out-of-the-box workflows that integrate with different parts of Splunk. You can find them by scrolling down on this page: https://help.xmatters.com/integrations/all-integrations.htm . From the sub-pages you'll see more information on how to configure the workflows to integrate with Splunk. And you can extend those workflows to do new things like create Slack channels, open Jira issues, and common actions.
