  Hi Margaret, can you provide more context into your question? Dolo 1370 does not hold much meaning to me so let us know what you are aiming to do with a repeat alert and how xMatters is currently handling these notifications.

  Hi Francois....sorry I didn't make  my question clear the doro 1370 is a big button mobile phone designed mainly for the older age group...like all phone there's a choice of Call alert tones and Message Alert tones...but the message tone only rings once  this is easily missed if the person is in another room...Ive tried everything to get this tone to repeat....I think it must be the design of the phone....thank you for your interest
