Hi Madhu,
At this time there is no current way to sync a shift or schedule from MS Teams to xMatters via the integration. You could potentially leverage the xMatters API to push a schedule to the corresponding xMatters group but this has to be done outside of anything we currently have available and this would assume a group of the same name exists in xMatters or you intend to create it.

What would you want to be able to do with this feature? Is it specific to Teams or is this more of a MS back-end feature like Azure or Active Directory sync?

thanks for your pramot reply, for the time being, need to sync up Teams with Xmatters only
