We have a user who will be leaving the on-call rotation in the future (about a month away) and I would like to be able to set that so the calendar updates now and not have to wait for the actual day to arrive to remove the user. The rotation will need to adjust as the result of this so the other user would like to know what the calendar will look like in advance. Is there any way to do this?

Hi Jason,
Have you considered putting an end date on the current shift and then create a new one with the proper rotation minus this user from that week moving forward? It'd be an automatic transition this way and you won't have to think about it.
