Setting up a shift weekday shift that starts on Sunday

I'm trying to create a rotation that goes from 5PM Sunday to 5PM Friday rotating every 24 hours. So the first rotation would be Sunday from 5PM to Monday at 5PM, the next Monday at 5PM to Tuesday at 5PM. Is there anyway to exclude just Friday from 5PM to Sunday at 5PM?
