I have a need to set up the following rotation.... 5 members, 2 week rotations, but one of the 5 members (because he has additional support responsibilities, is exempt from the rotation every other time.
So it should look something like this (note that Employee B is only in the rotation every other time):
- Employee A
- Employee B * (special case employee)
- Employee C
- Employee D
- Employee E
- Employee A
- Employee C
- Employee D
- Employee E
- Employee A
- Employee B * (special case employee)
- Employee C
- Employee D
- Employee E
I'm not sure how to set something like this up in xMatters, and I haven't found something like this in the docs or community thus far. I'm likely being a dummy, but haven't figured out how to do this. Thoughts?

Rather than a 5 person rotation, where your shift might look like this:
A
B
C
D
E
It sounds more like you have a 9 person rotation, where most members repeat. So your shift might look like this:
A
B
C
D
E
A
C
D
E
Any issues with turning on the Allow Duplicates setting for the group and setting it up with 9 members in the shift?
Thanks. I'm a newb with this system, and hadn't found the 'Allow Duplicates' setting yet. That seems like it would work. Thanks for your help
It is on the Overview Tab of each group, in the bottom left corner under Advanced Options / NOTIFICATION BEHAVIOR
