Testing mobile device doesn't send message

I am trying to validate my mobile device.  When I add it and send a test message, I do not receive it.  Please help.

    Do you see any messages in the event log in the Reports tab or from your inbox when you check the event? Is this a problem with anyone sending to their mobile or just you? Also when you say "mobile" are you referring to the mobile app, an SMS sent to your mobile or a voice call sent to your mobile?

    Thanks for the response.

    I just checked the event log in the Reports tab.  Here is what I saw:

    Mobile Phone - Failed to Connect. Call result: NO_ANSWER. The called party did not pick up the phone before the defined timeout value expired, (408).

    However, the phone didn't ring.

    I am referring to a voice call sent to a mobile AT&T phone.

    Would there be anything blocking the voice calls? Something like a spam block or did you accidentally tell calls from xMatters to go to voicemail or decline?

    I have one more idea if these turn out negative.
