Trying to assign a new role to a form.

Results only show 10 of many results
The role I need to select is part of the "many results"
How do I see the rest of the results? or What is the format for a "Specific" search...ie: BOB + SMITH + 27 if there are BOBSMITH1 - BOBSMITH29.

Hi Renae!
I want to make sure we're talking about the same thing. You mentioned roles and then what looks like a name or a userid in your instance.
That hint that indicates 10 of many results suggests you need to refine your search a bit more to find the exact match. Right now the first 10 are delivered in the type-ahead search, you might want to consider actually having roles created for the x individuals you want to add.
The search covers first name, last name, userid at the least so it's a broad sweep. For better results you should try the person's first and last name OR the better part of their xMatters userid. You can use the Users tab to search for them there to give "all" the user results then type the userid in the permisisons as your search criteria as that should be unique in the xMatters system. Copy and paste work great for that part!

Sorry, I was trying to use a generic enough example. Let me try more clarity.
The form searches individuals and roles. Our roles are named standardly: COMPANY IT MSG SENDER; COMPANY IT App MSG SENDER; COMPANY IT ADV APP MSG SENDER; COMPANY IT ADV MSG SENDER.
We also have test user id's that mimic the role it represents for easier testing.
So the role I need includes COMPANY IT MSG SENDER, but because individuals are first and roles are alphabetically, the role I need is too far down in the results list to be seen in the first 10 results.
