Hi Suresh,
If you are asking whether or not xMatters can supply or create a group e-mail (group@xmatters.com) the short answer is no. We can only work with pre-existing e-mail addresses and don't have a facility to host something like that for you.
With that said, if you had a group e-mail already set up (group@yourcompany.com) we can definitely send to that.
Do advise if any clarifications are in order.

I was re-reading your question and was wondering what your end goal was. You were talking about an integration that could reach out to a group. I was thinking this almost sounds like an e-mail initiated message.
The concept is that a user or some tool will send an e-mail to xMatters, thus triggering a message to a target. This can be a person or a group. Instead of e-mailing test_xmatters_poc@xmatters.com it would be more like this:
test_xmattesr_poc@form.yourcompany.xmatters.com
