Is it possible to use your service to simply track a website for a price change or product availability in online store?

It sounds like what you are looking for is some sort of monitoring service, which I don't think is what xMatters was designed to be.
You could use xMatters to notify you when your monitoring service identifies the price change or availability you are interested in happens, but you would probably want to use something designed for monitoring to identify when to notify you.
Is it possible to use Distill Web Monitor or Visualping browser extensions to monitor website and then use xMatters to notify me? How do I do that?
xMatters allows for inbound email integration (source system sends an email to xMatters), and it appears both those services allow for outbound email when it identifies a change, so yes; it looks like you could configure either of those services to send xMatters an email and have xMatters send you a notification based on that email.

Hey guys, I mis-spoke on the timing of this. The documentation is slated for the Frogger release in the August timeframe. And the email and xMatters event steps won't be available in production until that time either.
However, if you have support access, you can open a ticket and they can be added to your environment in the mean time if you're looking to get your hands on it earlier. But all the goods will be available soon.
