We would like to add our satellite phones as devices. It looks like the numbers are too long to validate. Most likely a new device type would be needed...in fact this would be preferred to distinguish these phones from work/mobile numbers.
The chief scenario here would be a situation where only one or a few site locations were severely impacted; the rest would be able to access xMatters and regular phones as normal and initiate the conference.

We do have a product enhancement (PM-4156) that has been accepted for review. The request includes the ability to configure a satellite phone service provider.
