Is there a way to share scripts and flows across communication plans? Every time I do a new integration I have to setup scripts that integrate with Cherwell. Are there some "global" settings or scripts I'm missing?

At this point we have no way to copy scripts from one integration to another but we have a product enhancement logged against this:

Full Comm Plan Export and Import (Including all IB components)
As for global scripts, I don't believe this is something we are able to do either at this moment. With that said there may be a way to work with our API - take a gander at this post where our Product Management team talks about some functionality you may find of use in this case:
