I am configuring for a number of users, and expect to see this on their accounts, but even on my well-used admin account it doesn't seem to go away. Is it time-based, # of logins-based, or can I disable it somehow?

Which popup do you mean specifically? Is it the Welcome to xMatters --> Show Me Around popup when you first log in, or is it the Setup Guide that appears on the side of the page with steps and tips?
Hi Charles, that's an interesting question!
If your environment started off as a trial this is a feature we expect to be available off the bat. As for disabling it at this point the options are a bit limited but I am looking into what we can do both now and moving forward. It certainly sounds like it would make sense to have this be a toggle that a user can disable if they want to! Is turning it off for everyone something you'd be interested in exploring? If so I can work with you 1x1 to get that done.
It is the setup guide with the steps.
It would be great to disable it for everyone; I have highly customized the environment and provide my own recorded CBT's for training the users.

Don, it turned out it was both the Setup Guide and the Show Me Around that were present in my account.
We're looking into better handling of the setup guide, thanks for bringing this to our attention! If others notice problems we can likely look into these in a case by case basis.
Feedback on the feature is also welcome if anyone else has anything to add!
