New event flood control settings

We're happy to announce that, with today's Defender release, we're building out our Intelligent Event Management capabilities even further by expanding your control over the event flood settings in your deployment.

You can now enable or disable the default "Event Rate Filter" setting for each source of events in your system. For more information about how this works, check out the announcement here: https://support.xmatters.com/hc/en-us/articles/360022407552

This is just the first step, by the way. Soon, you'll be able to create and modify your own filters to fine-tune the suppression settings in your system.
