We are currently using xMatters for p1 and p2 incidnet alerting however we wanted to use this tool for Business Continuity Planning, BCP, if there is any fire alert or flood alert in particular site we wanted to notify employees of that site and also wanted to capture response from everyone. can we have that functionality into xMatters if yes then do we have any documentation or steps to follow and use this functionality.

Hi Pranali
We have some example in our online help that describe how to set up a communication plan and scenarios based on a tornado alert.
https://help.xmatters.com/ondemand/xmodwelcome/communicationplanbuilder/designexamples.htm
The example also includes a explanation of how to set up the form so you can identify which sites you want to notify by selecting an area on a map:
https://help.xmatters.com/ondemand/xmodwelcome/communicationplanbuilder/designexample5_siterecipients.htm
We also have some tips on how to create a broadcast group, such as what sort of response options you would want to use, and how to configure your forms for broadcast messages (mass notifications):
https://help.xmatters.com/ondemand/groups/example_bcm.htm
Hope that helps!
Pranali, keep in mind that you are probably currently licensed to use xMatters for IT events. There is a different license model for Business Continuity because it would usually mean notifying all employees as opposed to whoever is on call in the IT department for a specific issue. The licensing is drastically less expensive because hopefully you are not having a disaster every week, and it usually does not need to be integrated to IT management systems other than data sync for personal data. If you would like to discuss more, email me at ddossantos@xmatters.com. I'm not a sales person, but I can assist in discussing what you need to get rolling.
