We have a Group that was renamed. However, when you look at the Users who belong to that group, it displays the old group name under the Users' Profile tab. Is there another place within xMatters where the Group name needs to be changed?

Is there any chance you are looking at the shift name instead of the group name?
Hi David, That helps, thanks for the pics. I believe what you are seeing there is a custom field that was created by your company - that doesn't look like our out of the box profile. If you click on that user's Schedule tab you will see the the correct name for the group.
My guess is the field you are looking for is in the Admin->Custom Fields screen. That is where custom fields are defined... look for the List type named "On Call Group".

Hey David - one more thing just crossed my mind... we've got a new permission set coming out in our Breakout release that will further restrict editing and deleting of groups. If the renaming of the group was an accident, the new permissions might help you prevent the accident in the future. More details to come in our 220 release highlights.
