Our users are accustomed to knowing what person they would escalate an issue to, rather than what group. To help them transition, we need to provide them the ability to find out what group a person is a member of.
There are two challenges to this:
1. When they go to the Users tab, they can only see themselves plus the users with Company Supervisor permissions, not all users.
2. On the mobile app, looking up a person in "Contacts" does not show what groups they are a member of.
How would you handle this?
