Adding a new condition/filter

Hi All,

At present we are getting incidents from xMatters for Severity 1, Sev 2 and Sev 3 alerts. 

Now we need to add another filter. For e.g. lets say the alert got generated from CA SOI. So CA SOI will send the alert to xMatters along with the value/flag 'SOI'. 

Can xMatter check the value 'SOI' along with the severity to generate an alert in HP Service manager?
