Communication Plan Worksheet

We arenew BCM user just getting started.  I'm curious how others solicit information from their users to define communication plans and scenarios, in my case, HR.  Does xMatters provide or has anybody created a worksheet or template they would be willing to share to help document the forms, properties and scenario options before building plans?

    Hi Paul,

    Don't know of any templates or worksheets for Comm Plans. Generally these things are unique to each Company or even department so the Online guides are the best to use when creating them.
