Hello,
The User Upload function in xMatters , adds the new user if not present and updates if the profile already present; is there a way to identify (from list of users to be uploaded) whether they are already in the xMatters? We get whole lot of manual upload service request often in large no of batches hence not practical to check individual users manually.
Any bulk validation method will definitely be useful.

It doesn't look like there is a way get a list of the users who will be updated. What do you need this information for? If the upload is going to update them anyway, why do you need them called out specifically?
It looks like in the summary at the end you get a number of users added and updated, but it sounds like you need these numbers before the update?
Generally the manual user upload feature is used for the initial seed or occasional updates, for a more robust solution, we generally recommend either the EPIC client or an integration with a Data Sync such as ServiceNow or Remedy. Of course, we do have extensive APIs if you want to build something yourself.
