Is there a way to setup to automatically send a welcome email to a new user when they are created manually?

Hi Cliff,
Are you adding the user's through the User tab or uploading a spreadsheet of users? If you upload them via spreadsheet (on the Admin tab) you get the option to send an email.
I am adding users manually through the User Tab
Unfortunately from the User Tab there isn't away of notifying a user. If you upload the users using the steps at https://help.xmatters.com/ondemand/#cshid=ImportJobHistoryReportPlace you get the option to notify newly added users and can customize the message.

Whoops. Thanks James. I will use my awesome editing powers to change the link in Manpreet's comment just in case someone clicks that first without reading your comment. Unfortunately, the ability to customize and send welcome emails to new users is not available - YET. But it's coming soon! I can't (Galaga) say when (Galaga) exactly, but (Galaga) soon.
