Hi Natalia! Well, there's a lot that depends on that answer. I'm guessing you are in the xMatters UI and you are trying to create an event via a message panel (on the Messages tab). This message panel will take anything you put into it, so you'll probably need to look at a previous notification, or you could even send a test message to yourself to see what goes where.
Without knowing more about the business use case, I can't really help on what to actually put in the fields. If you want to provide a bit more information, I might be able to help sort it out.
