Hello,
For some companies, I have nothing under Reports or Alerts tabs.
It could be ok if none event occurs... but i have a doubt.
Do i have to check particular parameter(s) to check why no past alert (nor report) appears ?
For a company who makes tests each week, i can trace events through Alerts Tab or Reports Tab. It looks nice ! However i could only check these events for a week, that is to say no more than 7 days...
Is it possible to increase this "period" of one week ?

Hey Philippe!
After 7 days, an event is moved into the "Archive" and it stays there for another 3 weeks. You can see the events in the archive by checking the "Select from Archive" checkbox in the Options drop down on the event report. Details here.

My company bases my on-call pay based on number of days in rotation per quarter. There seems to be no way to pull this information from xMatters, forcing me to keep track of it manually. Is there a report of my on-call rotations I can run to get this information?

Currently there is no way to do this because we don't keep historical data. We're currently working on some architectural changes that will allow us to do this. Once that happens we'll add a feature to the web UI that will allow users to look up historical on call data. Right now I can't provide an ETA for this because the architectural changes are still under way.
