Test Alert for dummies

Hi to All ! 

 

I would like to make an alert test with a xmatters user (mysqld stop ?) with an e-Mail notification... i have ti use INTEGRATION AGENT ("Integration Agent for dummies post) ?

    Could someone help me through main steps to test if my new customer tenant can receive SMS or e-mail in case of event(s) ?

    I've reached out to you directly. However if I understand your request you just want to send a notification when certain activities occur on your system, like mysql being stopped?

    I don't think you would need to use your Integration Agent here and a simple solution would be our Email Initiation process.
