I came across this issue when resetting passwords that showed expired in the xMatters Users export. Then the individuals responded back to me and said they have access and passwords are current! Anyways, I ended up locking them out and had to reset them anyways.
Has anyone experienced this, if so how can I validate if the Group Supervisor Users have access or if they truly are expired?
