I'm using for a project that has a designated bridge line, one that is very familiar to most resources, so we'd like to use that instead of the xmatters designated one.
Can I use my personal bridge line to setup the call to my resources and have xmatters connect them to it?

Yup - simply configure an externally-hosted conference bridge.
To add to Cam's reply, yes, I've used this external bridge for my WebEx account and I've had customers use it to transfer people to the Network Ops Center. Heck, you could probably set it up to call the pizza joint. Just give it a 1 second pause and enter a single digit in the "Bridge Number" field which will be ignored.
