Active vs Inactive users

Hello,

Does marking a user as inactive prevent messages and notifications from being sent to this person?

Hey Paul. Yep, exactly. In the event log, you'll get a User Full Name (username) is inactive message. This is the case regardless of if an event came in via the API or from a message panel in the xM UI.
