Hi David,
This sounds like a job for our Integration Builder.
The Integration Builder will allow you to integrate xMatters with any application that can send webhooks and offers an API.

The Integration Builder is currently available for early access and will available to all customers in the Blue Steel release. Hope this helps, get in touch anytime if you need any more help.

Hey David, You have a couple of options. I'm not familiar with LogicMonitor, so you might need to do a little digging on their side. The first item to determine is if LogicMonitor can fire off a REST web service call and construct a JSON payload that would fit into the POST trigger. If not, then Iain's post above about the integration builder is your best bet. The Integration Builder will accept any sort of POST web service call in any format.
