Wondering if possible to copy a month (containing different shifts) from one group to another. Im currently having to create the same schedule in two different groups. Seems there should be an easier (or at least more time efficient) way.

Is it literally expected to be the same on-call? If so, create the shifts that you need in your new group and add the group you want into those shifts as a sub-group. That will make sure the right people get notified (we'll respect the sub-group's shift definitions when we reference it) and it means you only have to manage changes in one place instead of two.
