Can you please advise if you can download the App onto an Apple iphone 4? I cant seem to get it work - any help would be appreciated.

I think app support is more a factor of iOS version - what iOS version is the device?
Hi Lynelle... I did a quick check and the xMatters iOS app requires iOS 8 or higher. Unfortunately, iOS 8 is not supported on iPhone 4 (although it's supported on the 4s). Here's one article for reference: http://www.cnet.com/news/apple-devices-that-arent-compatible-with-ios-8/
