On the primary display of the Communication Center, the widget icons do not display when using IE11. They are displayed in Chrome.
Does anyone else have this problem?

Hey Craig - is this on Windows or OSX?
I'm informed this might be a cache issue. Try CTRL-F5 (hard refresh).
Windows 7. Also, refreshed cache and still no change. Others in my company are experiencing identical display behavior.
OK, let me see whether I can track down one of our UX gurus to respond.
Hey Craig,
We've seen this problem in the past if Internet Explorer's security settings are overly sensitive. Can you try the following steps:
1) Click the cog/settings icon in the top right of the browser
2) Click "Internet Options"
3) Click the "Security" tab
4) Click "Custom Level..."
5) Scroll about half way down the list until you see the "Font Download" option
Make sure this option is set to "Enable".
If your company is experiencing this problem as a whole then it seems that the default security policy defined by your IT department is preventing custom web fonts from downloading. We use web fonts to display our icons.
If possible I'd suggest submitting an issue with your IT department and having this setting enabled for your organization. It should be possible to add xmatters.com as a trusted domain in case your IT department has security concerns with enabling it wholesale. This is a very common method for displaying icons, so you would likely experience this on other websites and web applications.
Let me know if you have any further issues.
Thanks,
Nick
Nick, that worked like a charm! Or global IT will roll-out the IE change. Thank you.
