2 Issues that need to be looked into
a) when bullets or chaaracters like apostrophe’s, hyphens are copied from outllook or word document they appear as a "?" in the Major Incident Notification
b) Also xmatters does not accept the non UTF - 8 Characters, so MINs fail to deliver
could any one advise me how to overcome this issue?

Hi Sunil,
Does HP SM allow saving of those characters?
What version of HP SM are you using?
Any idea what version of the integration you are using?
Are you using xMatters on demand or on premise?
In any case, that sounds like something we should get a ticket opened for so we can review and make changes to the integration.
Depending on which version of the integration, we might be able to strip out those non UTF-8 characters so at least they go through.
