Anyone has instructions on how to add devices and set up on call schedule for xmatters OD-service now Integration

Hi Sucheta!
Are you looking to manage the users scheduleds within ServiceNow, or within xMatters? If you want to manage within xMatters, just navigate to the groups tab and track down the appropriate group.
If you want to manage within ServiceNow... that is a horse of a different color. The integration right now does not have a way to send the schedules to xMatters.

What exactly are you looking to sync over?
