Is there a code for reject where it will reject the current rejecting user and then continue notification for next user.
is this how it is supposed to work ?

Hey John, the notifyNext method is what you want. That link has some example code that would go in the handler > response script. I think this is also built into some of the newer integrations that were built for xM on premise such as HP Service Manager.
