Webserver graphical interface not coming up

When i am trying to launch the graphical interface it's giving me a message of internal error.
When i go in to check the error message in the webserver i can see some multiple binding for slf4j.
Anyone having any idea how to rectify this.

    Hi Utkarsh. Can you post the full error you are getting? Which log are you looking at? Also, what version of xMatters are you running? This is found in the first few lines of the xMattersHOME/logs/AlarmPoint.txt file.
