On SIP, calls get disconnected during the call. I see lots of messages in alarmpoint_sip.log
INFO - - SIP registration success
This comes every few minutes
Could this be the reason for call disconnection , Any suggestions on this..

Looks like this has been resolved through a support ticket.
yes, this is fixed by following the already available document of sip disconnects with call manager
