Xmatters always detects VOICE_DETECT even when i dont pick up the phone and allow it to leave a voice message.
Any idea how to fix this..

Voicemail detection is a bit science and a bit art. Some people's voicemail ends with a beep... some doesn't. Beeps can sound different. People can select options for ringing out to do things like play a song while the actual ring is occurring. Some lines are noisier than others. You get the idea.
Fortunately we have optional settings only visible to our support teams that can be used to help tune voicemail detection. And we are adding a few more knobs in the next month to tune even more behaviors. So please work directly with our support team to address your specific issues.
