Hi,
Is there a way to get all memebrs of a group via a REST API.
You can get a list of all the groups via the RESP API. And you can also get all info about a User.
But I want a list of all Users within a Group.
thanks for the feedback...

Hi Erwin,
Not yet but we are working on expanding the REST API.
To help us prioritize can you let me know exactly what you need?
Are you looking for members in a group in any capacity (same content as the roster in the UI), or do you need a breakdown of members by shift?
Just the list al all members of one group in the same order of the shedule, like in the GUI.
Hi Erwin,
There's a subtle difference to be aware of.
If you are looking for a list of ALL group members, regardless of what shift they are in, they cannot be provided in any meaningful order. Take a look at the Roster view in the UI, it will list all users in alphabetical order. The roster will tell you which shifts the members belong to but nothing about the escalation orders.
If you are looking for something that provides the actual escalation orders, you'll need to do this for a specific shift.
Does this make sense?
We've added an endpoint to get the group roster, which includes all members of the group.
