Hi, is it possible to define a customer map between the content of an inbound email and the notification form in much more detail than simple subject, body, from and text/html?
I would like to be able to define a phrase in the relevance engine form so that when an inbound email arrives the engine would scan for the define phrase and then map then next xx characters or upto a CRLF into a field.
This would provide significant flexibility for email initiated notifications and definitely a value add.
.... oh and it would also allow you to discard email disclaimers which everyone tags on these days at their email gateway.

Hey Alistair. Unfortunately, no. I can definitely see this as being useful. As is the email integration is rather basic. We're working on re-tooling our cloud integration tools so this might be something we include later. I'll go ahead and open an enhancement request so we can get it on the backlog.
An option to explore is Zapier. This is a cloud integration service and we have our very own "Zap" that will inject an event. I think Zapier will let you parse an email from there you can map the tokens to an event in xMod.
I'll post back with that enhancement request.
