One of the pain points at the company I work at is how we notify the business about an IT outage. For example if an application is down we want to be able to update a website (dashboard) or portal where business users can go to review at a high level the latest updates and if an issue has been resolved. The company I work for currently utilizes xMatters and was wondering if xMatters has a capability that could fill this requirement?

Hi Fabian,
We don't maintain a pure "system status" dashboard. But our Communication Center does all you to create dashboard views of events in xMatters using saved searches. If you create events and leave them open until an issue is resolved you can easily create a dashboard providing visibility into system status.
