hello ,
would xmmaters alarmpoint 4.1 version supports SQL database above 2008 RT?
curretly we have SQL 2008 RT DB for alarmpint and there are plans for upgradation to SQL server 2012 version.

Hello Sumedh,
xMatters 4.1 is a very old product for us, and is technically out of support for all but those customers with extended third party support contracts. We will not support SQL Server 2012 with 4.1
To get the latest in database support, as well as new features and bug support you must look at either upgrading to 5.1, or better yet, our on demand platform where we handle all of the upgrade work for you.
