Email Integration question.

Is it possible for xMatters to forward an attachment that was included in an inbound email integration? Use case: forwarding an email with .wav file attachment from our voice mail system into xMatters using the email integration and allowing xMatters to notify our on call technician via email with the .wav file attached.

    Hi Nathan,

    That's not possible right now but it's a great idea. In the meantime, you can record voice notifications in the xMatters design tools but you'd have to do that ahead of message send time.
