Hello,
We are running 5.1 On Premise, and have the need to do an export of the schedule of about 125 groups.
Goal is to be able to deliver an excel spreadsheet to our monitoring team with that day's on call schedule.
We'll be in an outage, hence needing the hard copy.

Hi Jason, you should be able to do this from Group tab. On the top-right corner of the Group table, you can click Export button. That gives you a spreadsheet of schedules for all groups.
Hi there, I looked, and I don't see that option. I can provide a screen shot, but don't see how to add it.
Also, I just checked in my 5.1.3 environment (which is my non-prod). That does not exist there either. The only way I've seen is to go to Who's On Duty, then Show All, select all, then export the results. The problem is that there are 17 pages of teams, so it would be done 17 times, as I cannot change how many groups are on a page.
My bad - i was checking On Demand version. Just confirmed in my On Premise version, that export feature wasn't available.
Are you familiar with xMatters' Web Services? There is a API method exporting WhoIsOnDuty report for a particular group, which you can script to let it get all. Result of that Web Service call can be saved as Excel or whatever format you want.
I'm familiar, but unfortunately, not really an option I can go with right now.
Sorry for the delay of response. I am going to put a product enhancement request regarding to add this "export" feature to On Premise.
