I am trying to configure an integration between our on premises splunk and ondemand xmatters environments. I am running into fw issues.
im assuming i need to open port 443 from my splunk environment to xmatters. Some questions...
Does the IP address for my xMatters instances (np and prod) change?
If so, is there a range of addresses i can specify?

There is a range of addresses that we use for fail over. I'm working on tracking that information down, but in the mean time, what data center are you on? This is the bit after your company name and before xmatters.com. Something like na1, eu1, etc.
