Now that inactive pages/alerts are accessible from the mobile app, it would be useful to be able to forward the message to yet another recipient; sometimes I have to provide this information to my teammates as we are working to resolve the issue at hand.

Javier, Are you thinking like an email forward kind of thing? Where they would just get the contents of the notification? but of course it would be sent from the mobile app. Or would it go back into xM and notify the user on all their relevant devices?
It's a mixture of both. While viewing an alert/page, the original recipient would tap on a 'forward' button/link. The contents of the original message would be brough into a new page/alert screen (as if they were creating a new alert/page). The original sender would have the option to type additional comments in the body in addition to specifying the recipients and finally send off. The page/alert would go through the standard processing as if the alert was truly a new alert; ie. it would be sent to xMatters for processing and the new recipients schedule would be adhered to etc etc.
Hmmm, interesting. I could see that being useful. Are you getting these alerts from a management system (Ticketing system/monitoring system, etc)? or are these from a message panel? If it is coming from a management system would you expect that system to be updated with responses and delivery info or would that be a setting you check when you send the message from mobile?
They would come from wherever and/or whomever. The original recipient would first acknowledge the page/alert via 'Dismiss/Acknoweldge/Respond w/Comments/etc'. Basically, the user would first process the page/alert. Since the processed alert is now retrievable from the Inactive tab on the mobile app this same user would open it and would now be presented with an option to 'forward' the page/alert (I guess this new always available 'forward' button would replace the other greyed out buttons). At this point, the scenario of my previous entry here in this question/idea would take over.
Javier, can you go ahead and submit this to our support people? Just send an email to support@xmatters.com and detail what you have specified here and we'll get it on the backlog for product management to review.
Keep those ideas rolling people! After all, we are building all this stuff for you guys.
