How can I see old support requests that have been solved in the past? I can see the requests that I've created in the new portal but can't seen previous requests from 2014, etc. How can I see these?

Hi Jean,
Glad that you are using the new features in the xMatters Support Community. When we went live with the system on January 12 2015, we only migrated requests that were open at that time. Once these migrated issues (and any other added in the future) are resolved, you will be able to continue to view in the xMatters Support Community. Rest assured that xMatters maintains an archive of all previous support requests and has them available as needed.
